I am a person!
Employee Support Services
The support person's responsibility is to offer emotional support to the employee who is being interviewed or disciplined. They may assist by taking notes, explaining, or clarifying questions for the employee, and requesting brief breaks.

With "Not a Robot Resources', we assist in guiding your conversation or disciplinary meetings. After carefully understanding your matter, you not only have a support person in it's essential function but a coach in how you respond for the best possible outcome. In our supported matters, we analyse your circumstances, policies and procedures along with the companies position on the matter to predict outcomes and methods to challenge the potential outcomes.
With a skilled HR Partner as you support person, the outcome possibilities are significantly changed.
